For Instant Cash /Ready Cash/Spot Cash/Cash Pick-up, Beneficiary needs to provide:

• Collection Pin number/ Tracking number (received from the sender of the remittance) to their receiving ends/ units.
• Valid ID such as National ID/ Passport/ Driving License/ Job ID or any other acceptable Photo ID
• Mobile phone, number of which was provided by the sender, for verification, if requires
• Remittance Amount
• Sender's Name

For Account to Account Credit:

• Beneficiary does not require providing any documents.
• The remitted fund gets credited to the beneficiary account with the Bank and can be withdrawn by cheque /by Debit Card from ATM booth, etc.
