Sender Information

To verify 'Name' of the remitter/sender, we require ONE of the following valid documents:

• NRIC/EP/S Pass/WP/DP
• Valid Passport
• Driving License

For transfer of money, PEC may ask for proof of documents for source of Fund, such as Bank withdrawal/Debit voucher, Updated Pass book, Bank Account statement, Income tax documents, Pay/salary slips, or any other documents deem fit.

Additional Documents for Customers who prefer transfer through iBanking:

Our existing / registered customers can avail iBanking facility. Customers can transfer their money through iBanking Account Transfer, ATM Transfer, Bank cheque, etc.

Beneficiary Information

For Instant Cash /Ready Cash/Spot Cash/Cash Pick-up:

• Name of the Beneficiary as per Passport/ National ID / Driving License/ other valid photo ID
• Contact Number.
• Relationship with the remitter
• Detailed Address of beneficiary.
• Purpose of Remittance

For Account to Account Credit:

• Name of the Beneficiary as per Bank Record.
• Contact number.
• Name of the Bank & branch, Branch code/IFSC code (if applicable)
• Account number.
• Detailed Beneficiary address.
• Name of the Beneficiary as per Bank Record.
• Purpose of remittance
